Complex Theaters
Five theatres and five rehearsal studios under one roof in Hollywood. Rentals available for audition rooms, performance venues, theatres, rehearsal studios, offices, classrooms, filming space, and screening space.

Elephant Theaters
The complex will not only be a forum for live productions but additional space for workshops, play readings, classes, improvisational exercises, recitals, art exhibits and whatever lends itself to the creative nature of the spaces. Rentals available for three different theatres, film/television shoots, and rehearsal space.

The Hayworth
Featuring a mainstage 99 seat equity waiver house available for productions, rehearsals and events, as well as a 1550 square foot studio is perfect for rehearsals, classes, events and parties

Hudson Theaters
The Hudson offers three very divergent stages for rent; all of which include usage of our beautiful Caffe Bacio before and after all your performances. The Mainstage Theatre is our premiere traditional 99 seat space with a modified thrust and dressing room space for up to 24 actors. The Backstage Theatre is the most creative space at 42 feet wide with 99 seats, brick walls and rolling flats perfect for large cast musicals. The Guild Theatre is the most intimate space with a raised stage and 42 seats which is ideal for one person shows, readings and smaller cast shows. They also rent the theatres for rehearsal, casting, showcases, production shoots, classes etc.

Lonny Chapman Group Repertory Theatre
LCGRT has space available for rent. Amenities include 90 seat auditorium, 800 sf & 600 sf rehearsal spaces, Kitchen,  Private, off‐street parking.

Moving Arts
The Moving Arts 28-seat Black Box Theatre is available for rental for classes, small performances, and rehearsals.

Odyssey Theaters
The Odyssey Theatre Ensemble has three 99-seat theatres available to rent for performances, rehearsals, auditions, classes, and filming.

Debbie Reynolds Studio
Debbie Reynolds Studio was established in 1979 by Debbie Reynolds specifically for dancers. Debbie was determined to create a comfortable space for dancer to rehearse. The studio offers  a friendly and relaxed atmosphere while at the same time provided simple luxuries that were not found at other studios including ample free parking, a lounge area with fresh coffee, dressing rooms, showers, six spacious studios with high ceilings and pianos in each room. All studios feature springboard hardwood floors;  iPod, CD, Tapedeck, and speaker systems;  full length mirrors;  ballet bars; and a piano.

Hollywood Women’s Club
The Hollywood Women’s Club clubhouse was constructed in 1927 in Classical Revival style of architecture, overlooking the golf course of the Hollywood Beach Country Club. Surrounded by a large, lush, lawn, this charming old building is registered as a National Historic Site as well as a Hollywood Historical Landmark. This building is well known throughout the area as a center for civic and social events, and is cherished by members and neighbors alike. The main party room, with beautiful hard wood floors and a grand piano, measures 1200 square feet and can accommodate approximately 84 people. Kitchen facilities are on site and adequate parking area is easily available.

Madilyn Clark Studios
Offering five professional rehearsal studios available to rent for dance rehearsals, classes, auditions, art showcases, and recordings. Included in every studio is an upright piano (always in tune) and stereo system. Also available for rent are a video camera and tripod, TV/VCR with stand, professional videographer, and professional audio recording.

LA Shares
L.A. Shares is a non-profit materials reuse program, which takes donations from the local business community of reusable goods and materials (both new and used) and redistributes these items free of charge to non-profits and schools throughout Los Angeles County. Through this interactive website, interested schools and non-profits create an online profile of their organization, including a “Wish List” and “Top 20 List” of needed items.
